Choose your workout distance – 40km, 80km, 120km or set your own – and move however works for you. Walk, run, swim or ride your way through the month.
Workout 4 Women is a month-long challenge taking place throughout November. You choose exactly when to work out, and how often, to suit your lifestyle and routine.
Every kilometre you move and every dollar you raise helps fund free specialist telehealth support and advocacy, improving the ovarian cancer experience today and shaping better outcomes tomorrow.

“Taking part in this event was the first time I’d done online fundraising and I was blown away by the response. The Workout 4 Women challenge gave me the added impetus to get out there with my trusty side kick and clock up those steps. It also allowed me, through the generosity of my network, to say “thank you” to [the] wonderful Ovarian Cancer Australia who support people like me through our cancer journey!”
